Court Saint Elizabeth #1616 was chartered on August 3, 1952 with 50 ladies signing in as charter members.
CDA is open to Catholic lay and religious women, 18 years of age or older, who love and support the Church and the Holy See and desire to participate in social and charitable activities, shall be eligible for, and entitled to, membership in the Order. Any questions regarding eligibility of prospective members shall be referred to the Local, State or National Chaplain.
